Selling Sunset is one of Netflix's most popular reality TV shows, delivering major drama and jaw-dropping homes. Set in the luxury real estate market of Los Angeles, the series follows the realtors of The Oppenheim Group—all the shenanigans they get up to (burgers and botox, anyone?). This week, Season 6 finally hit the streamer, so buckle up, because the bling is about to blow your mind.
The Selling Sunset cast is made up of larger-than-life characters—lookin' at you, Chrishell Stause—who still manage to score multi-million-dollar deals on the reg. On top of their real estate dealings, the cast has currently filmed six seasons of the hit show, and a seventh season is on the way. In the newest season, viewers say goodbye to Christine Quinn, and hello to new cast members Bre Tiesi and Nicole Young.
It should come as no surprise that the Selling Sunset cast is worth some serious cash. Here's what you need to know about everyone's net worth, including who makes the most:
Chrishell Stause
Occupation: Real estate agent and actress
Chrishell is worth $5 million, according to CelebrityNetWorth.com. Before getting her real estate license and joining The Oppenheim Group, she was an actress who had recurring roles on soap operas Days of Our Lives and The Young and the Restless (where she met ex-husband Justin Hartley). She’s also appeared on Dancing with the Stars and wrote a book called Under Construction.
In June 2021, Chrishell paid a whopping $3.3 million for a home in the Hollywood Hills, House Beautiful reports. (The stunning hillside home was featured on the show.)
Brie Tiesi
Occupation: real estate agent
Bre joins the cast in season 6 (perhaps as a sassy replacement for Christine Quinn?!). Before signing on with The Oppenheim Group, she was a real estate agent at Keller Williams Beverly Hills and a model.
It's unclear what Bre's net worth is these days, and there are no reputable numbers to report. That being said, Selling Sunset definitely pays well, and she shares a young son, Legendary Love, with Nick Cannon. So, she definitely gets to cash some big fat checks into her bank account.
FYI, Nick reportedly pays between $40,000 and $60,000 per month to two of his baby mamas, per Distractify. Bre likely receives something similar.
Mary Fitzgerald
Occupation: Real estate agent
Like Amanza, Mary is worth about $1 million, per Cinemaholic. Her real estate career began in 2008, and she joined The Oppenheim Group in 2014, according to The Sun. Her feud with Christine Quinn was a major storyline in season 3, as was her marriage to husband Romain Bonnet. And good news! She's stickin' around for season 6.
Jason Oppenheim
Occupation: Real estate broker and Oppenheim Group owner
Jason is worth $50 million in 2023, according to CelebrityNetWorth.com. He got a law degree and an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and worked in law before real estate, according to his Oppenheim Group profile.
Emma Hernan
Occupation: Real estate agent and packaged food entrepreneur
Emma joined the cast in season 4, and is worth a reported $3 million, according to Heart.co.uk. In addition to selling high-end real estate, Emma has her own frozen food company, Emma Leigh & Co.
“Being in the food industry is a huge part of my story and also transitioning into real estate,” she told People. “A lot of the ties that I made from that—and from being a woman CEO and a woman entrepreneur—mean I've met other CEOs who are now purchasing homes.” Emma also told People that she “started investing in stocks at a really young age.”
Chelsea Lazkani
Occupation: Real estate agent
Chelsea is a mom of two who becomes the newest member of The Oppenheim Group in season 5. She’s worth about $500,000, according to ontrend.news. Chelsea was born and raised in London, and received her bachelor's and master's degrees in the UK before coming to LA to get her MBA. Prior to joining Selling Sunset, Chelsea reportedly sold real estate for Rodeo Realty, a company that Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’ Josh Flagg used to work for.
Chelsea is married to Jeff Lazkani, managing partner for Icon Media Direct, a brand response media agency. Like his wife, he’s also reportedly worth $500,000
Amanza Smith
Occupation: Real estate agent and interior designer
As of 2020, Amanza Smith was worth $1 million, according to Cinemaholic. She previously worked as an interior designer staging homes before getting her realtor license. Viewers learned more about the mom-of-two's divorce and her difficult relationship with former NFL player ex-husband Ralph Brown on season 3.
Heather Rae El Moussa
Occupation: Real estate agent
Heather is worth $3 million, according to CelebrityNetWorth.com. She joined The Oppenheim Group in February 2015, according to her LinkedIn profile, and works with high net worth clients there. She also is a former Playboy Playmate and has acted in a slew of movies. Her fortune includes money she makes from Selling Sunset, Instagram sponsored posts, and her real estate dealings.
Heather is married to Tarek El Moussa (their wedding is featured on season 5), who is worth $15 million. They just welcomed a baby boy this spring, and Heather filmed season 6 while pregnant.
Brett Oppenheim
Occupation: Real estate broker
Like his brother, Brett's net worth is also $50 million, according to Cinemaholic. He got his bachelor’s degree at UC Berkeley and went into law, graduating from the UCLA School of Law, according to his Oppenheim Group profile.
Romain Bonnet
Occupation: Model and project manager
Romain's net worth is unknown, but according to The Express, it could be between $1 and $5 million. French-born Romain married Mary Fitzgerald at the end of season 2. These days, he also works for The Oppenheim Group. "He does construction now," Mary told Women's Health. "He's a project manager for a bunch of our listings, a lot of people don't know that. So he's been working on all of our projects."
Christine Quinn
Occupation: Real estate agent
Christine might have been the biggest personality on the show, but her net worth is, ahem, not. The realtor is worth $3 million, up from $5 million in 2022, and $500,000 in 2020, per CelebrityNetWorth.com. Before joining The Oppenheim Group, she worked in fashion and entertainment. She's also married to tech mogul Christian Richard, who is reportedly worth $20 million.
She also published a book, "How to Be a Boss B*tch," in 2022.
Vanessa Villela
Occupation: real estate agent
Vanessa joined the cast in season 4, and is tied with Chrishell in racking up one of the highest net worths of the women on the show. According to Bustle, Vanessa is worth about $5 million, thanks to her acting career. Before selling houses on the Sunset Strip, Vanessa was a regular on hit TV shows in her home country of Mexico.
Maya Vander
Occupation: Real estate agent
Maya is also worth $1 million, according to Cinemaholic. In season five, Maya just gave birth to a fourth child (her third child, a baby boy, sadly died in her 38th week of pregnancy), and commutes back and forth between Miami and Los Angeles to sell major listings. Per The Sun, she currently has two real estate jobs: one with The Oppenheim Group in LA, and another with a firm in Miami. Maya also has her own online real estate course and has relocated to Miami full-time.
She does not return to the series for season 6.
Davina Potratz
Occupation: Real estate agent and broker
Davina is worth $2 million, according to The Standard. She's a former model who got her real estate license in 2006.
