If you've already binge-watched Selling Sunset season 7, you're probably wondering if the hit Netflix reality show will be confirmed for an eighth season anytime soon. And if you've spent years invested in all things Oppenheim Group, odds are you're familiar with the painfully long waiting period between seasons.
Between the multi-million dollar properties, designer fashion, and all the drama among the real estate agents, it's hard to imagine the show coming to an end. And while anything is possible, the success of the last seven seasons make fans (rightfully!) hopeful for an eighth season.

Will there be a Selling Sunset season 8?
Netflix has yet to release a statement on whether or not the show has been renewed for another season, but fingers crossed!
Sadly, it's still unclear when the show will air. If the pattern for Selling Sunset premieres tells fans anything, though, perhaps a new season will hit Netflix around May 2024. While season 6 and season 7 premiered about six months apart, there was almost a year between the release of sseason 5 and season 6. With that in mind, season 8 could be a whole year away. Whomp, whomp.
Which cast members will be in Selling Sunset season 8?
Longtime fans know that the show has had its fair share of cast changes. From Christine Quinn leaving the O Group in season 5 to fresh faces like Bre Tiesi joining in season 6, the on-screen dynamics and storylines are constantly changing. That said, here's who's likely to return for season 8:
Who won't return for Selling Sunset season 8?
In March, Heather Rae El Moussa revealed that she won't be appearing as much on Selling Sunset season 7, which raised questions about her staying on the show altogether.
When asked about her involvement in this latest season, Heather shared that she was on maternity leave during filming, but her overall future with the show also seems unclear. "I've been excited to get back to work," she said in an episode of E! News. "And so far, I've not been called back. It's been a little frustrating, so [I'm] not sure what's been going on."
Even if Heather doesn't return next season, fans can catch her on the HGTV show, The Flipping El Moussas, which stars her and her husband, Tarek El Moussa.
What will Selling Sunset season 8 be about?
With minimal details on season 8—including whether it may even exist!—there's no telling what might be in store for the O Group agents. The good news is fans will probably have a better idea of what to expect after watching this season's finale.
Based on season 7, however, it seems like the O Group agents will have to work extra hard to sell homes and prove their worth at the company. The cast from Selling The OC also makes an appearance, and agent Gio Helou says he hopes "the OC office doesn't end up subsidizing the new LA office." What's more, this season saw the O Group agents expand to a new Cabo office, which will probably play a big role in the upcoming season.
And perhaps the seemingly competitive tone of OC vs. LA this season will continue into season 8 as well, but only time will tell.
Is there a trailer for Selling Sunset season 8?
So far, a trailer has not been released for season 8. Fans will probably have to hang tight until a new season is confirmed and a premiere date is set.
