From Cosmopolitan

I don’t know where Netflix has been hiding Selling Sunset in its algorithm for the past two seasons, but season 3 arrived this past summer and promptly put the show firmly in “everyone’s latest obsession” territory. Watching this show is basically all I did with my nights circa August, because let’s be honest—Christine is my new religion.

In the event that you, too, streamed all three seasons of Selling Sunset as fast as humanly possible and are currently suffering from Oppenheim Group withdrawal, it’s cool. I’m here to talk about everything you can expect from season 4.

It’s Officially Happening

Netflix just confirmed that the show is, in fact, getting a fourth season. It’s actually getting a fourth AND a fifth, which is truly incredible news. But the catch is we are in the middle of a global pandemic and filming a reality show safely isn’t exactly possible unless you trap everyone in a resort, Bachelorette style, so I guess that makes things tricky.

Expect More Chrishell Divorce Drama

Season 3 ended with Christine’s wedding—during which Chrishell stormed out because everyone was speculating about her highly publicized divorce from This Is Us star Justin Hartley. You can definitely expect more about Chrishell’s split during season 4 because it’s literally still playing out in the news. And, uh, considering Chrishell just Liked a tweet accusing Justin of being unfaithful, there’s a lot to discuss.

Davina Could Be Cut if Fans Have Their Way

Davina got a lot of heat for not being more supportive of Chrishell during her divorce, prompting some fans to call for her firing.

Just keep in mind that Chrishell has actually come to Davina’s defense, so it looks like they both get that they’re literally on a reality TV show:

There’s Going to Be Even More Chrishell vs. Christine Drama

I mean, to be fair, there’s drama every season, but it doesn’t look like things between these two have gotten any better. In fact, just last month, Chrishell publicly accused Christine of talking about her to the media:

We’ll See Heather’s Engagement!

Surprise: Heather and her boyfriend, Tarek El Moussa, got engaged back in July. Unclear if TV cameras were around to capture the moment, but I’m thinking her wedding planning will take up a big chunk of season 4.

“So much of my life is Tarek,” Heather told ET about their coupledom. “He can’t be on the show with me, so all I can do is talk about him, right? And talk about our moments and talk about how much fun we have and everything going on, but yeah, there might have been a deal made!”

And We’ll See Amanza Start a New Business

Fans know all too well about Amanza’s sharp selling skills, but now she’s taken her experience to the next level. Say hello to her own business, AmanZa LLC.

Plus, Maya Had Her Baby

Well…it looks like Maya’s done a lot in quarantine! Judging from her personal site, she not only seems to have moved to Miami (maybe she finally took the plunge and left the OG?), but she also has even bigger news to share. She’s a mom once again! Exciting!

Don’t Expect Much Drama Between Jason and Brett Anytime Soon

While Christine casually fueled rumors to Glamour UK about Brett reportedly leaving the OG in favor of starting his own, don’t expect this to be a major storyline come the new season. As she told the publication, the girls at the agency “are fed up” with Mary being the class favorite and she herself wouldn’t be opposed to leaving if it continued.

But before you freak out, Jason already cleared the fire and assured fans that no, his twin brother hasn’t left the agency and they’re definitely still collaborating together. “[Brett’s] not starting another brokerage and hiring agents and competing,” he told ET. “That’s not actually happening and we’re still working together.”

Christine’s Pregnant!

If the rest of the season isn’t juicy enough, the best news is still to come: Christine’s having a baby! That’s right, y’all—she revealed her baby bump in early March, and judging how far along she is, we better see some nursery decorating and baby shopping throughout the new season!
