Will There Be a Selling Sunset Season 7?

Netflix confirmed that Selling Sunset has been renewed for seasons six and seven at the same time back in June 2022, shortly after season five premiered in April of that year.

Who Will Be Part of the Selling Sunset Season 7 Cast?

While the official cast hasn't been confirmed, it's likely that the main group of agents who appear in the sixth season will return for the seventh. This includes Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Emma Hernan, Amanza Smith, Chelsea Lazkani, Nicole Young, and Bre Tiesi.

In March 2023, Heather Rae El Moussa said she hadn't been called back to film. "Season seven is filming right now, but I've been off maternity leave and I've been excited to get back to work," she told E! News. "And so far, I've not been called back."

Heather does briefly appear in the preview for season seven, so there's still hope! As for Maya Vander and Davina Potratz, both of them briefly appeared in season six, and it's likely they won't be in season seven or will make small appearances.

Where Will Filming Take Place?

In April 2023, The Oppenheim Group announced that its flagship office in Los Angeles moved—but the brokerage didn't go far! The new office is literally right next door to the old place on the Sunset Strip. Designed by Alex Becheru and Alice Kwan of White Glove Estates, the office looks completely different. It has an elevated feel that mixes elements of Old Hollywood with modern details. Instead of those shiny, industrial desks, the office features wooden ones—each of which is topped with a gold mushroom lamp.

Stause revealed some behind-the-scenes footage on Instagram that showed how a few of the interviews done for season six were actually filmed on built sets that were made to look like the old office because the lease for that space was already up. We imagine filming for the seventh season might take place at the brokerage's new digs, although we wouldn't rule out any on-set interviews for consistency.

When Is the Release Date?

Unfortunately, there's no release date yet. Since season seven was renewed at the same time as season six, we predict it could be released in late 2023. Here's hoping that's the case!
