'Selling The OC’ Season 2 Is *Almost* Here, And It's Gonna Be Juicy

The Selling Sunset spinoff show, Selling the OC, made a big splash during its debut season last year. The setup is pretty perfect for reality TV: a group of coworkers/friends, beautiful beachfront properties, and millions of dollars on the line. The spinoff introducing the world to an entirely new cast of realtors working at the Oppenheim Group’s Newport Beach location. But of course, there were also some familiar faces in the mix (hello, Brett and Jason!).
Of course, fans quickly got hooked on the drool-worthy real estate, suave cast members, and inter-office drama. There were deep convos, petty fights, and sky-high heels galore. So obviously, Netflix renewed Selling the OC for a second and third season, making this a streamer staple. What happened last season?
The spinoff's first season featured a *lot* of getting-to-know-you episodes with the agents. The series introduced viewers to the three Alexandras, Gio Helou’s competitive side, Kayla Cardona's no-nonsense hustle, and Alexandra Rose’s controversial personality.
But the big drama revolved around Tyler Stanaland’s love life. ICYMI, Kayla tried to kiss him at one point during the series, which caused some major drama with the cast. At the time, Tyler was still married Pitch Perfect star Brittany Snow. But since then, Tyler and Brittany got divorced, and Tyler has been linked to his co-worker/co-star Alex Hall. Yikes!
Who is coming back from the cast?
It seems like all the big players will be back for round two. And you already know this group is as tight as they come, which is the perfect recipe for some drah-ma. Netflix confirmed the following list of people as cast members for season 2:

Who is joining the cast?
Are you ready for this? The cast might include a new woman named... Alexandra. Yup, Alexandra Harper (who goes by Ali) posted a video on Instagram from the show's red carpet premiere with the cast, and updated her bio to say “Selling the OC @Netflix.” That would make four Alexandras to keep track of: Alex, Ali, Jarvis and Rose.
Based on her posts, it looks like Ali just turned 30 in May, is very close with her mama Sharon, and has a boyfriend of two years. However, before you get too excited about Ali, just know that Netflix hasn't officially announced her as a cast member so...only time will tell if this Tennessee gal actually secures a spot on the team.
When does the show premiere?
It's time to start making watch party preparations! Season 2 is set to drop on Friday, Sept. 8. Last time, this show dropped all episodes at once, so it'll likely happen the same way again. And Jason Oppenheim seems pretty excited about it because he posted about it on IG:

Not yet, but with such a drama-lovin' cast, you better believe it’s going to be juicy. If I had to place bets, I think Tyler is going to share some juicy deets about his impending divorce, Kayla might try to kiss him again, and Alex Hall is for sure gonna try some more nosies.
