Selena Gomez Wore a Black Celine Gown to the Premiere of “The Dead Don’t Die”

After inspiring us all to embrace the era of boy bands and tiny sunglasses with her '90s jumpsuit, Selena Gomez is back to modern-day trends, and went totally glam in a black Celine dress that featured all of the feathers.

Arriving to the Monday, June 10, premiere of her upcoming Netflix series, The Dead Don't Die, Selena chose monochromatic elegance and wore a black dress that hit just above her knees. The flowing dress, which tied in the front, was worn off the shoulders, and each shoulder was adorned in extravagant layers of feathers.

Selena kept the glam going with her choice of accessories and coordinating beauty routine. She tied her hair back and allowed for just a few wavy pieces to frame her face. With her brunette hair situated in an updo, she kept the focus on a pair of truly dazzling drop earrings. She matched the diamonds to her choice of rings, and completed the entire look with a pair of black pumps.

Naturally, one show-stopping moment of fashion wasn't enough for the performer. Later that evening, Selena attended an afterparty for the film, and she wore what appeared to be runway ready pajamas. Keeping her hair and accessories in a similar style, the former Wizards of Waverly Place star swapped out her gown for a black button-down and matching shorts. She didn't embrace the recent slippers as street style fashion, though, and instead wore a pair of black stilettos.

We're not exactly envisioning a future that includes wearing high heels to bed, but the star's choice of attire is certainly the very definition of going from day to night. Prom might be behind us, but if your summer includes any special events or even a night in, we've rounded up some of our fave Selena-inspired options. Pajama party, anyone?
