Selena Gomez Wore a $15 Outfit from Target
On August 1, Selena Gomez shot an eerie video on Instagram stories with friend Connar Franklin, using close-ups, distorted social media filters, and suggestive music in short clips. Though there has been no word on what the videos are for (though the captions suggest they might be a nod to their pal and photographer Petra Collins, something did stand out that was spooky it's own right: the ghost of Selena Gomez's former affordable styling past.
Coming on the heels of a few weeks where she was not spotted without a Tiffany & Co. necklace that would set you back $18,000 or Balenciaga boots, this outfit was something entirely different.
In the Instagram stories, Selena wears a gray T-shirt with a navy print of the state of California on the front, cut out with a silhouette of the bear that is pictured on the state flag. The top is actually from Target and retails for a cool $15. Though the T-shirt is currently sold out, you can shop a very similar style from the affordable retailer here.
Connar and Selena were last seen together in decidedly different looks, as the model attended Selena’s birthday just a few weeks ago on a yacht wearing coordinated off-the-shoulder pastel dresses.
