The 28-year-old singer dyed her signature brunette locks platinum blonde on Friday. She made the switch after she wrapped filming for Only Murders in the Building, a Hulu dramedy television series featuring Steve Martin and Martin Short.
On Oscars Sunday, Gomez showed off her new look during her first major outing in LA. Her friend, Anna Collins, posted a snap of Selena's outfit on her Instagram story.
"Fresh blow out skin on ten ooooooh she ready," Collins cheekily captioned the photo of Gomez in a chic black mini dress, thigh-high boots and a leather coat to match. This marks Gomez's first night out in Los Angeles for 2021, and let's just say she went out with a bang while grabbing dinner at Nobu with some friends.
Back in February, Gomez hosted an Instagram Live where she said she would "one thousand percent" be going blonde again. She previously donned a blonde bob in 2017, and it's refreshing to see the star living her best life while going through with the transformation.
