Selena Gomez Went Out in the Coziest White Sweater
Some celebrities wear bikinis in the winter...for the 'gram anyway and hopefully for not much longer than the one minute it takes to get that photo. And then there are stars like Selena Gomez who dress a little more predictably-and enviably-for the cool weather. Gomez was photographed out yesterday in yet another cozy look: a big white sweater with black jeans. The singer was headed to church in it:

Gomez has made cozy fashion her thing since she re-emerged in the public eye following her decision to take some time away and seek treatment for her mental health in October and November. Her first photographed appearance was on a snow-tubing trip with her friends where Gomez wore a warm black Reputation tour hoodie to support her friend Taylor Swift.

She went out to the bar in a floor-length orange duster coat and giant infinity scarf; she wore an oversized "Choose Empathy" sweater while leaving hot Pilates with friends last week. There's no bodycon latex dresses. There's no skintight mini skirts with no tights. It's all just warm stuff that's weather-appropriate and not body-constricting, in a city where winter isn't all too bad anyway. (Yesterday in Los Angeles, the high was 64.)
Gomez will likely celebrate New Year's Eve in LA with her friends alongside her. A source told E! this weekend that Gomez is "excited" about this new year and so ready for 2019. "She's feeling like this is a fresh start and she has new skills to help her navigate daily life. She's doing well and is feeling great," the source said. "She's following a simple daily routine that involves a work out, either hiking, Pilates or hot yoga, therapy sessions and spending time with friends."
