Selena Gomez unfollows all but 37 people on Instagram — but what about Justin Bieber?

This new year, it’s simply out with the old for Selena Gomez.

The actress and producer cleaned house on social media, unfollowing nearly 300 people on Instagram. The move comes about a month after Gomez, 25, made her Instagram account private following a “hurtful” Billboard magazine profile. She changed it back to public shortly thereafter.

So who got cut from the most-followed person on Instagram’s list? Gigi Hadid, Camila Cabello, Gomez’s former Wizards of Waverly Place co-stars, and the cast of the Netflix show she produces, 13 Reasons Why. Even Demi Lovato got unfollowed, despite the longtime friends making up earlier this year. It’s puzzling considering Gomez commented “FIRE” on Lovato’s bikini picture over the weekend.

The 37 people Gomez still follows include BFFs Taylor Swift and Francia Raisa, Amy Schumer, Jessica Alba, and a handful of fan accounts. The “Wolves” singer also changed her profile picture to a photo of her mother, Mandy Teefy.

Gomez’s mom has reportedly been having a difficult time adjusting to the fact her daughter is back with on-again boyfriend Justin Bieber. Despite her family’s disapproval, the two are still together.

Bieber, 23, and Gomez have been back “on” for a few months and even rang in 2018 as a couple. “Justin and Selena are doing great. They celebrated New Year’s Eve together in Cabo,” a source told People.

An insider added, “It’s, of course, a bit frustrating that Selena’s family is still not happy about their relationship. … Hopefully this will change in the new year.”

Perhaps Gomez’s family will find solace in the fact she’s still not following Bieber on Instagram.
