Selena Gomez posted a photo on her Instagram Story wearing a cute, pink, high-waisted swimsuit while chilling on a boat.
In the snap, Selena was also showing everyone how epically strong she is these days.
When it comes to her workouts, the singer is all about mixing things up.
It's summertime and the living is easy... at least for Selena Gomez. The star posted a picture of herself on her Instagram Story hanging out on a boat, and it is everything. The singer and actress looks so very peaceful and she is clearly soaking up every last moment of the warm July sunshine.
In the pic Selena, 31, rocked a retro high-waisted pink swimsuit that showed off her toned core. She paired the look with some oversized, distressed jeans, gold jewelry, and a bold, colorful ring. Selena is definitely giving Old Hollywood glamour and she is certainly stunning and strong while doing so.

First of all, you should know that the singer and actress works with Amy Rosoff Davis, a Los Angeles–based personal trainer, nutritionist, and chef known for working with A-list celebs like Kristen Bell and Emma Roberts.
The pair focuses on "interval and circuit training—and building a strong core,” Davis told Byrdie. “My whole thing is toning mixed with cardio and stretching.”
Davis noted that she mixes up Selena’s workouts because, let’s face it, when you do the same old thing every day, it can get pretty boring. She told Byrdie that one of her biggest tips is to make your workouts part of your lifestyle rather than a chore. "[Selena and I] do everything from Pilates to hiking to dance cardio to circuit training to yoga and Spinning—the list goes on."
In fact, Selena shared an at-home workout with Davis on TikTok, and these two are definitely working up a sweat! They do knee and arm raises with weights, leg lifts with ankle weights, squats, mountain climbers, and even fit in some deep stretching.
Davis also spoke to Byrdie about Selena’s eating habits. To ensure the star has the stamina she needs to keep acting, singing, and creating incredible products for her beauty company, Rare Beauty, Selena fuels up on veggies, protein, and brown rice. She also drinks lots of water and green tea when she needs an extra boost, per Davis.
But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t enjoy herself. Selena appreciates the finer things, like onion rings and cocktails shared with BFF Nicola Peltz Beckham.
...And she cooks all sorts of dishes, including a turkey, on her show Selena + Chef.
Between all the recent BTS filming from Only Murders in the Building and her glamorous summer content, Selena seems to be having a great time. Love to see it, girl!
