Selena Gomez just had a good hang with Nicola Peltz Beckham and she’s got the Instagram photo dump to prove it.

The 30-year-old star shared a ton of snaps of the two spending time around and near a pool, having what looks like the best time ever. There’s Selena and Nicole goofing off for the camera; Selena and Nicole giving each other big hugs on a comfy-looking couch; Selena showing off her toned booty in a gorgeous one-piece alongside Nicola by the pool; and Selena smiling broadly while swimming next to an adorable dog.

The Only Murders in the Building star didn’t caption the pics but, really, no words needed.

Cue people totally freaking out. “Selena’s bodyyyy is bodyingggg 😍,” one wrote. While another called her “the main character in this world.”

Selena followed that up with a series of shots from Fourth of July at Taylor Swift’s house, writing in the caption, “sometimes you need to be around empowering, kind and kick ass gals. I needed that.”

Selena is all about the body positivity. Last year, she shared a TikTok of herself in another gorgeous one piece, mouthing, “...Real stomachs are coming the f*ck back. Okay?”

Selena works with personal trainer and nutritionist Amy Rosoff Davis, who told Byrdie in 2021 that the Only Murders in the Building star all about balance. “My whole thing is toning mixed with cardio and stretching,” she said. With Selena, Davis shared that they “do everything from Pilates to hiking to dance cardio to circuit training to yoga and spinning—the list goes on.”

She added, “If you keep your same old routine, you will most likely get bored and wind up skipping the gym. Working out should be a part of your lifestyle, not an obligation or burden.”

Selena shared snippets of her workouts with Davis on TikTok in 2021, and the session featured heavily on weighted squats, plank variations, and downward dogs.

Food-wise, Davis told Byrdie that Selena focuses on having veggies and protein. “I made a lot of rice bowls with veggies, protein, and avocado for Selena [on her Revival tour],” Davis said. "It helped give her energy and stamina, which she needed to get through her shows. I also made healthy chicken salad with grapes and celery—it quenched her thirst and the protein filled her up. We always drank lots of water and had green tea when we needed a pick me up—it sure was exhausting at times.”

While she’s a healthy eater, Selena is all about balance. She recently shared photos of herself goofing off with a massive croissant, sharing pizza with friends, and enjoying some kind of delicious-looking drink topped with whipped cream while spending time in France. Basically, it was a foodie's dream.
