Selena Gomez Responds to “Disgusting” Comments After She is Seen at the Same Restaurant as Hailey Bieber
Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber were spotted at the same restaurant Saturday night.
Fans were more than a little suspicious that Hailey and company just so happen to be at the same place that Selena was celebrating Rare's release. 👀
Running into your ex is one thing, but running into your ex's wife is a whole other level of drama. That's exactly what Selena Gomez found herself in when she and Hailey Bieber where spotted at the same restaurant Saturday night.
The two were spotted at Craig's in West Hollywood, according to TMZ. Selena was out celebrating the release of her album Rare, while Hailey was out with Madison Beer. No words were exchanged between the two groups but Hailey and her group left about an hour after Selena did.
Fans weren't happy and called out Madison on social media. They felt it was a huge betrayal to her friendship with Selena for Madison to show up with Hailey. A bunch of comments on Madison's Insta were full of snake emojis, lowkey calling her a bad friend. In a since deleted tweet, Madison said, "nothin like waking up and being told to kill yourself."
Eventually, Madison had enough of the hate and commented on Instagram.

Then, Selena jumped in the comments to defend Madison. She didn't call anyone out specifically, but made it clear that there's no bad blood between them. She said it was "disgusting" reading all the comments and that she was "so disappointed that people would speak to someone like this."
