Selena Gomez Has the Perfect Spring-to-Summer Party Dress
Selena Gomez wore a Miu Miu dress that could go from day to night, spring into summer.
Selena Gomez wears many hats: The singer is currently in the studio working on new music, just released her first design collaboration with Puma (a sneaker that comes with a coordinating anklet), and is also lending her voice to the new animated movie, Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation, once again, playing the role of Dracula’s daughter, Mavis. So it should come as no surprise, then, that Gomez should be just as versatile in the fashion department. When she attended a photocall for the film yesterday in Culver City, California, she showed how to remix the party dress for day. It was fitting, considering the movie’s vacation vibes, and was equally primed for the transitional season.
Gomez hit a fun and flirty note in a Miu Miu frock in the faintest shade of blush pink. The flutter sleeves were a sweet foil to the allover studded embellishment, which glimmered in the sunlight. She also matched the grommets to Alumnae silver metallic slides, which were a step up from a straw wedge or leather sandal, but came with a sturdy block heel that placed them firmly in day-to-night territory. By skipping jewelry altogether, Gomez only underscored her ability to look effortlessly polished on the job.
