Selena Gomez just uploaded a stunning throwback, bikini-clad snap of herself with blonde hair, and naturally, the internet is losing it.

The Only Murders in the Building actress, 30, just became the most-followed woman on Instagram, and garnered millions of likes and thousands of comments for her latest post.

One notable liker of the photo was Hailey Bieber, who Gomez was rumored to be feuding with (both women have cleared the air and denied these claims within the past week).

In the 2021 shot, the “My Mind & Me” singer rocked a low-cut, multicolored bikini top and a low-waisted, side-tie bottom piece. The top also featured skimpy straps, an additional string that emphasized her tiny waist, and purple-and-orange, tie dye-esque coloring.

She wore her long, then-platinum-blonde tresses down in the image, parted in the center and styled straight. She accessorized her get-up with shiny silver earrings and posed before a mirror. In her caption, the “Lose You To Love Me” hitmaker wrote, “TBT to blondie sel. Summers coming! So many exciting things coming!”

As seen by thousands of comments from fans under Gomez’s post, many still seem to be hung up on her reported feud with her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber’s wife, Hailey, 26. The “Yummy” singer, 29, famously married his current wife in 2018, just six months after splitting from Gomez (and after their 7-year on-again, off-again romance).

Since then, both women seem to have their every move online scrutinized and analyzed, as many often accuse them of throwing subtle shade at one another. Gomez, however, cleared the air on March 24th, writing in a Story post for her 406 million followers, “Hailey Bieber reached out to me and and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity.”

She added, “This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop.” She concluded the message with a red heart emoji.

Soon after, Bieber then added a Story for her 49.4 million followers, and thanked Gomez for her comments. Bieber noted that two have been discussing how to move past the “ongoing narrative between her and I.” The model wrote, “The last few weeks have been very hard for everyone involved and millions of people are seeing so much hate around this which is extremely harmful.”

The Rhode Beauty mogul continued, “While social media is an incredible way to connect and build community, moments like this only create extreme division instead of bringing people together.” Gomez and Bieber are currently following each other on the social media site. No bad blood here!
