Selena Gomez Hypes Up Fans With Throwback Bikini Photo

The actress shared her excitement for the upcoming summer season and all that it may bring.

Selena Gomez excited fans with a throwback photo she shared on Instagram earlier today, hyping up the summer season (and all that it may bring).

The pop star and Only Murders in the Building actress dug around in her archives for a picture from two years ago, when she launched a limited-run swimwear collection with LA’MARIETTE.

In the snap, Gomez, now 30, is posing in one of the bikinis that had been a part of her summer 2021 collaboration with the brand: a purple and coral two-piece set sold as "The Marie Top & Bottom."

Although her face of timeless glam makeup has remained relatively unchanged and flawless over the years, one thing was noticeably different in the throwback pic: her very blonde hair.

"TBT to blondie sel. Summers coming!" she exclaimed in the caption of Sunday's post. "So many exciting things coming!"

In what appeared to be a hint at new projects, the Rare Beauty founder's comments quickly became overrun by loving fans.

"She just broke the internet with this one 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼," one user cheered.

"Yesssssss beeaaauuutttiiifuullll❤️❤️❤️❤️," gushed another.

But once the official Instagram account for Hulu teased, "so much to look forward to 👀," curious and impatient fans began to wonder if Season 3 of the streamer's original comedy-mystery series would be here a lot sooner than we thought.

"@hulu WHAT DO YOU MEAN HULU?! EXPLAIN YOURSELVES!" one demanded before another chimed in, asking, "what you talking about Hulu?😍."

While there is no official release date for the upcoming third installment of the series, also starring Steve Martin and Martin Short, we do know it's currently filming and a list of guest stars has even been confirmed. That said, the first two seasons of the series did release in the summer months, so expecting new episodes between June and August might not be asking for too much after all–fingers crossed!
