Selena Gomez Had a Game Night With Madison Prewett of “The Bachelor”

It looks like there’s a new face in Selena Gomez’s friend group, and it’s none other than Madison Prewett of The Bachelor!

As noted by People, Selena shared an IG story on Thursday, March 12, showcasing her and some pals heading to Target in preparation for a game night at home. At one point in the clip, Selena points her camera at Madi, asking what game she wanted to play. “Honestly anything, everything looks great!” the former Bachelor contestant said in response. The story has expired from Instagram, but has since been re-posted by several fan accounts.

Selena also took some time on her IG story to send some positive wishes to her fans amid the coronavirus pandemic. “Hey guys, I hope everyone is being safe and taking good care of yourselves,” the singer-songwriter said. “I know you’re probably tired of hearing it but I just want to let you guys know that I am praying and I am thinking about everyone.”

Later on her story, Selena shared a few more videos and photos of her game night, highlighting Madi’s knack for drawing realistic roses (she’s had plenty of practice seeing them IRL, after all).

Madison was initially a runner-up on Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor, which came to a ~dramatic~ conclusion on March 10. During the series’ live “After the Final Rose” segment, it was revealed that Peter and his fiancé, Hannah Ann Sluss, had broken up, and he and Madison were pursing a relationship. However, on March 13, Madison announced via an IG post that she and Peter had gone their separate ways, writing: “I am convinced our paths were meant to cross and we are both better because they did.”

While fans of The Bachelor will have to wait and see what’s in store for Madison (perhaps an appearance on the popular summer spinoff, Bachelor in Paradise?), we’re just wondering if Madi and Selena will pop up in more IG pics together. Perhaps a TikTok challenge or two? Just a suggestion!
