Selena Gomez's 26th Birthday Party Was a Pasta-Filled Private Yacht Celebration
Selena Gomez personally stayed off social media for her 26th birthday this weekend, but her friends thoroughly documented her multiple celebrations. On Saturday night, the eve of her actual birthday, Gomez went to an Imagine Dragons concert at the Forum arena in Inglewood, California. The band's opener, Grace VanderWaal, arranged for a surprise backstage celebration for Gomez and shared multiple photos of it on her Instagram. "Huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY TODAY 4 SELENA!!!!!!!!!! Thank for everything I hope you have the best day bebegurllllllll," she wrote in her caption.

That was nice, but yesterday, Gomez's actual birthday, featured the main, very lavish fête. Gomez had a birthday dinner with her friends on a yacht in Newport Beach. Guests included good friends Raquelle Stevens, Courtney J. Barry, Sam Lopez, and Connar Franklin. Several shared photos of Gomez with them:

Eagle-eyed fans also noticed that hot producer she's been hanging with since her Italy vacation, Andrea Iervolino, appeared to be right next to her in one of the Instagram stories her friends shared. The repeat appearances suggest the two have become good friends since their trip at the very least...

The entire party seemed to be Italian-themed, from the "Buon Compleanno, Selena" ("happy birthday" in Italian) banner that appeared in polaroids from the party to the copious amounts of pasta served that Gomez's assistant Theresa Mingus shared on her Instagram story:
The celebration was even bi-coastal, as Gomez's friend Taylor Swift shared the birthday cake she had to celebrate Gomez's big day all the way from New York City.
Gomez will likely head back out that way, as she's shooting a zombie comedy film in upstate New York City for the next couple weeks.
