With all the Bachelorette buzz (a.k.a. the season finale tonight at 8 p.m. ET), you may be reminiscing about the latest couple Bachelor Nation created: Zach Shallcross and Kaity Biggar.

In case you need a refresher, Bachelor Zach popped the question to Kaity during the finale of the last season. It was honestly a super sweet moment, with not a dry eye in the house. But this happy ending didn't come without a fair amount of drama.

Zach squeezed a few bad decisions into his season before finally proposing to Kaity. The most notable among them is probably when he broke his "no sex" rule for Gabi—which led to confusion and, TBH, a lot of unfairness thrown in Gabi's direction. While feeling like she was "wearing a Scarlet Letter" during the Fantasy Suite episode, Gabi also announced that she was totally blindsided when Zach decided to tell the world they had slept together. She thought he would just say he slept with "one of the remaining women."

"I wish you would have just sent me home and saved me all the pain that just went on and on," Gabi said during the tell-all after the finale in March. "I get it, like, sex sells, but now I've become a narrative, and it's really painful."

Zach (kind of) cleared the air and apologized to Gabi, but everyone (even Gabi) knew that he was ultimately going to pick Kaity. Reality Steve had already placed his bets, and a few weeks before, photos from his proposal leaked on Reddit.

With such an obvious ending, everyone wants to know if there have been any major plot twists in Zach and Kaity's love story so far.

Women's Health has gathered all the intel about the engaged Bachelor couple. Here's what to know:

Zach proposed to Kaity with a "disco ball" ring.

Neil Lane, a jeweler well-loved by the Bachelor Nation franchise, designed Zach's engagement ring for Kaity. The Bachelor contestant told PEOPLE that the ring reminded her of a "big disco ball."

Lane's ring is made of platinum and includes 150 small diamonds, and a center oval-cut diamond placed on a three-sided diamond band and surrounded by a halo of round-cut diamonds. It is 3.10 carats, according to PEOPLE.

How are Kaity and Zach doing now?

The couple obviously had to keep their relationship under wraps while the show was airing—which meant no public appearances. Now, they've been able to share to their hearts' content (and for Zach that means every post on Instagram—I really can't blame him).

"I can't wait to spend [time] with Kaity and just be out in public," Zach told PEOPLE in March.

These days, Zach says that he and Kaity act like they're practically married already. "We're basically like a fully married couple," Zach said on the Almost Famous podcast in May.

Zach and Kaity are living together in Austin

In case last season's Hometowns episode didn't make it clear, Kaity and Zach both call Austin, Texas, home.

In July, Kaity took to Instagram to share adorable photos with her fiancé in their new home and captioned the post, “Officially roommates!”

Zach commented on the post, saying, “And she’s an incredible interior designer too!! ♥️”

Their fellow Bachelor Nation stars filled the comments with love and support for the couple on this exciting next chapter.

Rachael Kirkconnell wrote, “Yay congrats!”

Jesse Palmer said, “LOVE THIS!!! 👏👏👏”

And Katie Thurston added, “Be still my heart 😍”

Kaity and Zach are going to have a long engagement.

Although the Bachelor couple is definitely engaged, they are in "no rush" to get married. In an interview with PEOPLE, the couple said they are waiting to "see how things go."

"We have the rest of our lives together, so why does everything need to be a rush?" Kaity told PEOPLE.

The couple said they plan to get married around 2025, and may even invite a few other members of Bachelor Nation to the ceremony—including Ariel and Gabi.

As for other future plans, they are hoping to travel (Kaity also wants a beach house), and live a "normal life," per PEOPLE. They also (may) have some kids some day. In the meantime, they've been doing lots of couple photo shoots, which Kaity has been sharing on Instagram.

The couple guesses that their next big challenge in their relationship will be settling on a temperature at home. Kaity apparently runs cold, while Zach runs hot. A very normal couple, indeed!

Kaity said Zach helped her "believe in love "again.

Just before he proposed, Kaity gave a small speech about what her relationship with Zach meant to her, which proved to be very romantic and sappy.

"With every kiss, with every laugh, and with every 'Hello, hello.' I'm so in love with you… and I want to spend the rest of my life with you," Kaity said during last night's finale.

Zach also shared his own pre-proposal spiel. "I can no longer say I'm falling in love with you, because Kaity Lane, I am so in love with you!" Zach said before finally popping the question.

It seems they're over their rough patch.

In the Thunderdome, Kaity admitted that Zach's behavior during the Fantasy Suite episode caused some problems between the couple.

"It was definitely a tough episode to watch back, I'm not going to sugarcoat that by any means," Kaity said. "Am I ever going to watch that episode again? Nope! Definitely not. But Zach and I have amazing communication, we pride ourselves on that... We have phenomenal communication and loyalty to each other, and we came out stronger."

It seems this entire situation is now water under the bridge for all parties involved, though. On the Almost Famous podcast in May, Kaity explained how happy she is with Zach.

"I'm more in love with him every single day. Truly," she said. "I know it sounds corny to say that but I learn something new about him every day and he's an amazing man."

There was rumor Zach might have been with another Bachelor contestant.

And it was just that: a rumor.

Just before the Bachelor finale, Maria Ciuffo, or Ria from Chicks In The Office, posted a video revealing a rumor she had heard about Bachelor Zach. Apparently, according to what she heard, Zach and Kaity broke up, and Zach ended up starting a relationship with Jessica Girod, who was eliminated from The Bachelor several weeks before the finale.

However, this *wasn't* remotely true. In the video, Ria even said multiple times that she "[didn't] know" if the rumor was true or not. Plus, Reality Steve debunked her claim on a recent podcast episode. "I cannot imagine this is true," Steve said on the podcast. "It makes zero sense."

After the finale aired, Ria took her false information in stride, tweeting several pictures in a clown nose.

Zach and Kaity also appeared on the Chicks in the Office podcast after the finale and shared their reactions. Oh, and Ria apologized IRL for spreading the rumor.

"I appreciate that she apologized because there are so many crazy things that go on [within the Bachelor]," Zach said on the podcast. "But she owned up to it, and I appreciate that."

Stay tuned for more updates on the happy couple, and tune in to watch Charity Lawson find her soulmate on the new season of The Bachelorette.
