The 2023 CMT Music Awards, country music’s only entirely fan-voted awards show and the only one to focus exclusively on video performances and recordings in country music, will be hosted by Kane Brown and Kelsea Ballerini, and air live for the first time from Austin’s Moody Center.

Shania Twain will be awarded the third-ever CMT Equal Play Award.

The 2023 CMT Music Awards airs live tonight at 8 p.m. ET/tape delayed at 8 p.m. PT on CBS and Paramount+.
