It was a slam dunk.

A video of Will Smith is going viral for the second time this year, but it's much sweeter than the one of the actor slapping Chris Rock at the 94th Academy Awards in March.

Smith, 54, took a minute to help out Boston Celtics player Marcus Smart with a slam dunk proposal on Christmas Day

In a new video Smart shared to Instagram, the 28-year-old basketball player and his longtime girlfriend Maisa Hallum were still wearing their matching Christmas onesies when a video of the actor started playing on what looked to be a movie screen in a private theater room surrounded by loved ones.

"This is Will Smith, uh, oh, I'm in Antarctica–this is Antarctica," the actor said with glee before panning the camera to show the chilly weather and surreal icebergs behind him.

"I just wanted to take a minute to wish you a very, very, Merry Christmas," the actor continued, "I know you may not have gotten, you know, the stuff that you wanted, but I promise you you're not going to end this Christmas empty-handed, and that's all my message is; that's all my message is from Antarctica," he teased before ending the clip.

Hallum, confused, could be heard saying, "wait, what?" before turning around to see Smart down on one knee, holding an engagement ring

Before Hallum could even say yes, those in the room with the couple began cheering and clapping for the happy couple.

"She said “Y E S”! (Whew!)," Smart joked in the caption, later shouting out his pal that helped make it happen, "Thanks @willsmith for the setup help!"

Shortly after he shared the news, fans and fellow celebs celebrated with the couple in the comments.

"Congratulations! 💚💚💚," wrote the official Instagram account of the Boston Celtics.

Basketball players Blake Griffin and Kelly Olynyk also shared their love. Griffin wrote, "yeaaahhhhhhh smarty’s," and Olynyk added, "Congrats family! Big time! Happy holidays to you all 🙌❤️."

Donnie Wahlberg later chimed in with, "Congrats!!! 🔒❤️💍♾✨💫."

Only time will tell if Smith will make an appearance at the couple's wedding—it would be even cooler if they got the actor to officiate!
