Speaking of... is anyone else up to date with Josh Duhamel and Audra Mari like we are? The two are living a real-life Hollywood fairy tale, and we've pretty much watched it unfold right in front us. (Much to our delight!)
It's not hard to see how the two fell in love. Josh is a swoon-worthy actor who stars in many of our favorite romantic movies and TV shows. (We cannot wait for Ransom Canyon!) And Audra? She's a literal super model for crying out loud! On paper, the couple already checks all of the boxes on the imaginary "perfect couple" list. However, it's a lot less superficial than that—the two really are a match made in heaven! How do we know that, you ask? Well, we kind-of, sort-of... totally did some investigating on the relationship timeline between Josh and Audra, and it made us fall in love with love all over again. Got to love a modern meet-cute, right? 😂 Hey, there's no shame in using social media to shoot your shot, and it clearly worked for him in the long run! Back in September of 2023, Josh appeared on Live with Kelly and Mark, and gave the details on his first interaction with Audra.
“I slid into her DMs,” Josh said. He admitted to knowing who she was, since they are both notable figures born in North Dakota. “She’d won some pageants and stuff... I root for people who do really well for North Dakota, because there’s not really many of us and I really root for them."
"I invited her over to a BBQ one weekend and she came and I was like, ‘Wow, you’re beautiful,'" Josh claims.

We've come with receipts, everyone! In October of 2019, Josh and Audra were spotted together for the first time inside of an airport in Toronto, Canada. They even shared a tiny peck on the lips! Considering Josh had starred in some big-named films within the two years before (including Transformers: The Last Knight), this news made some pretty major headlines.

This was in January of 2020, so about a month after the couple were first seen together. It happened during a phone interview on The Dan Patrick Show. Josh spoke about a Vikings football game that he would be attending, also letting us know who would be going with him. "My dad, my girl and her dad are all going," Josh said. When jokingly asked if he loved his new fling more than he did the Vikings, Josh immediately chimed in with some words of affirmation: "Of course I do."

Other than a few public appearances here and there, things between Josh and Audra were pretty private. That changed on January 8, 2022—when the couple announced their engagement to the world! Josh posted a photo of the special moment on his Instagram with a caption that read: "It’s on!! She found a message in a bottle that washed ashore and said YES!!"
The two looked adorable in the glowing photo, and the world hasn't stopped smiling since.

Nine months after their engagement, the couple got married in Fargo, North Dakota on September 10, 2022. (Yes, they tied the knot in their home state!) A few days later, both Josh and Audra posted to Instagram, sharing the beautiful photos of the ceremony.
Audra's caption on her post was short, but so cute: "Everything I dreamed of as a little girl.. I’M MARRIED!!"
They finally became red carpet official.
Being married to a movie star means you'll be attending *many* red carpet events together. It's how you know it's the real deal in the world of Hollywood, anyway. 🤪 (You wouldn't have to pull our arm!) The now married couple appeared at the Shotgun Wedding premiere on January 18, 2023.

The news came in the form of a joint Instagram post made on September 11, 2023.
"Baby Duhamel coming soon 🤍" the caption read.
The news was met with lots of support from fans and friends of Josh and Audra. Their little family was finally starting to grow! Josh also has a 10-year-old son named Axl Jack with his ex-wife Fergie. This meant that Axl would become a big brother!

On January 11, 2024, Shepherd Lawrence Duhamel was born! The married couple announced the news a few days later on Instagram, posting a black-and-white image of Shepherd's baby feet.
Right now, Audra is 30-years-old and Josh is 51-years-old. We can't wait to see all of their photos that they choose to share with us in the future! (We're fully invested forever now. ❤️)
