See Liza Koshy Take a Major Tumble on the Oscars Red Carpet

Liza Koshy is the latest celeb to be plagued by an award show stumble, after she slipped while walking the red carpet for the 2024 Oscars on Sunday, March 10.
The actress and former YouTube personality lost her balance while sporting super-high platform stilettos, prompting her to completely wipe out and wind up on the ground in front of all the red carpet cameras.
But in Koshy's signature style, she added some levity to the moment by laughing at herself and, of course, making a joke out of it.

"That's alright," she told photographers after hearing some gasps from those who witnessed the fall.
"It was a manhole," she joked. "Y'all saw that?"
"omg...poor Liza I feel so bad for her," one fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter) in reaction to the footage, but others insisted that a little slip is no biggie for someone like Koshy.
"Bless her sense of humor!! good for her!! she looks stunning," another fan tweeted.
"Still a queen," someone else added.

Despite the fall, Koshy looked elegant in the ravishing red Marchesa dress she was wearing for the night, featuring dramatic rose-like sleeves and a plunging strapless neckline.
And fortunately, the Players actress recovered like a pro, getting right back on her feet and gracefully standing by while everyone around helped readjust her ballgown back to a camera-ready position.
The 96th Annual Academy Awards will air live on ABC from the Dolby Theatre on Sunday, March 10, at 7 p.m. ET.
