When Gucci sponsors a party, you know it's going to be good.
On Saturday, Gucci hosted the ninth annual LACMA Art + Film Gala in Los Angeles. A host of celebrities – many from the art, film, fashion, and entertainment industries – attended the event which raised more than $4.6 million for LACMA's film initiatives and future exhibitions, acquisitions, and programming. Co-chaired by Eva Chow and Leonardo DiCaprio, this year's gala honored artist Betye Saar and filmmaker Alfonso Cuarón and featured a DJ set from Rainey Qualley and a special performance by Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals.
Big names like Laura Dern, Cynthia Erivo, Finneas, Donald Glover and more came dressed to the nines in Gucci's latest collections by Alessandro Michele. Actress Yara Shahidi looked like a literal ray of sunshine in a Gucci Cruise 2020 pale yellow pleated silk one-shoulder gown, while singer Billie Eilish appeared comfortably chic in a custom Gucci blue-and-silver wool and monogrammed lamé oversize bowling shirt and oversize jogger pants with floral sequin embroideries.
