Inside are six bedrooms, seven baths, a chef’s kitchen, three fireplaces, and a guest house (for Secret Service or your in-laws). Floor-to-ceiling windows look out on expansive ocean views. <br><br>The house was put on the market for $22.5 million towards the end of the Obama presidency, and over time, the selling price was dropped of $15 million. The buyer was Menemshovitz Realty Trust.</p>
