Keith Urban just made his “number 1” fan’s dream come true.

While in Toledo for his tour, the country superstar stopped by the hospital to meet Marissa English, a 25-year-old who WTOL 11 says is “a miracle in and of itself.” According to the news outlet, she was born with health conditions including an inoperable cyst on her brain, severe scoliosis, and cerebral palsy.

After hearing that Urban would be performing in the Ohio city, English’s nurses at Mercy Health St. Vincent Hospital took to social media to ask the singer if he could visit her.

“She had tix for the concert but is now facing hospice,” read a tweet from Laura Biel, who appears to have led the charge for English. “Trying to reach out to see if Keith can possibly give this young girl her dying wish.”

Urban did just that when he came across the messages. He arranged to meet English at the hospital, and even sang her his hit song, “Blue Ain’t Your Color,” as seen in this touching video on WTOL’s Facebook page.

But he didn’t stop there: WTOL also reported that he dedicated the sold-out show to “a beautiful girl named Marissa," who he said, “I truly think is my biggest fan.” Her family and the pediatric ICU nurses also attended the concert.

Though English wasn’t able to experience the show, there’s no doubt Urban still made an impact on the young girl and her community.

“Keith Urban got this message and made this wonderful young woman’s dream come true!! He’s my new hero!” Biel said on Thursday.
