See How Fashion Icon Lisa Perry Transformed This Palm Beach Property

Lisa Perry has made a name for herself in the fashion world, but now the New York-based designer, who was featured in ELLE Decor's June 2019 issue, is set on dominating the world of interior design as well. Her latest foray? Lisa Perry Homes, her design business.

Perry just completed her very first project, a 5,686-square-foot-property, located at 3 Via Los Incas on the tony Palm Beach Island. The spacious home—a Regency built by Robert Gottfried in 1980—features six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and a powder room. It's currently listed for $10.9 million with Burt Minkoff of Douglas Elliman.

The designer's renovation involved removing walls between rooms and infusing the home with an inviting indoor-outdoor vibe. Perry's love of designing around white, while weaving in colorful pops of statement art and furnishings, is on full display throughout the property. "My new business involves finding, buying and renovating homes," Perry says of her latest venture. "I then fill them with everything I love—from new and vintage furniture and lighting to artwork and M&M’s—all with the idea that the buyer can move right in with as little as a suitcase."
