• Emma Watson is enjoying some summertime sunshine, and shared a snap hanging out with her dog on a boat on her Instagram.

• In the pic, the actress showed off her super-toned legs, as well as a peek of strong abs and booty, while wearing white swimsuit bottoms.

• Emma hasn't shared much about her current workout routines, but she's definitely loving water sports these days.

Emma Watson is in full summer mode. Need proof? The Harry Potter actress, 33, shared a sweet picture of herself posing on a sailboat in tiny white swimsuit bottoms and a sweater while holding her dog for a new Prada Beauty campaign, and her abs and legs have never been stronger. (Plus, how adorable is her pup?!)

"🐶," she captioned the pic, which is really the only appropriate caption for this cute snap. And the summertime post got *lots* of love from her friends and followers. Music duo Sofi Tukker commented,"😍." Meanwhile, another fan wrote, "Omg, you are so pretty ❤️," and another added, "Wow 🧡🧡 gorgeous!"

If you want to know more about Emma's current fitness routine, she's dropped a few hints here and there over the years. For one, Emma is clearly here for summer water sports these days. She also shared a photo of herself from the campaign posing with a surfboard in a cute, cut-out wetsuit (and another of herself in the water on the board.)

Back in April, Emma shared a birthday post on Instagram in honor of her 33rd birthday that highlighted her fitness regime over the last year. "I learned to surf (badly),🏄♀️ I rode some horses (🏇that went better)," she wrote. She went on to add,"I played Pickleball with @sugarrayleonard and I even played golf and then tried to make all of my girlfriends learn too."

Back in 2017, Emma's legs and core would get totally worked her by her trainer, Emily Drew. Drew shared with Delish that her sessions with Emma were usually about 30 minutes long, and focused on strength training and mobility work using a stability ball. Oh, and another item on the workout list? Yoga.

Boxing is another fave workout of Emma's. And back in 2016, Emma also shared a photo of herself doing some boxing training with SheFighter, and self-defense studio for women. FYI, boxing can provide a solid cardio boost while toning your arms and core, which clearly, Emma knows!

Emma also likes to get her groove on, which is a great way to get your heart rate up and tone your legs, abs, and glutes. "I love to dance," she told Interview. "I’m the girl who will get up and dance with zero alcohol in her system. You need give me no excuse. A great song comes on and I’m there; it’s happening."

As for her nutritional habits, you should know that Emma is very into baking. "I bake. I’m pretty competitive about my chocolate chip banana bread. I don’t think anyone can believe how good it is. It’s really on another level," she told Interview.

She also loves a cocktail, and recently started her own gin line with her brother Alex, called Renais, per Financial Times.

Besides a good drink, Emma used to be a big fan of Mexican food. She previously told Marie Claire she loves to whip up eggs with a Mexican twist. "I make guacamole, salsa, and scrambled eggs, and then I cook the tortilla. It's pretty simple, really, but yummy."

A decade ago, Emma said she dreamed of going to cooking school to learn how to be a better chef. "I don't like using recipes—I like to cook things I just know how to cook," Emma told Marie Claire. "I figure if I went and really learned, I would be the kind of person who could open the fridge and be like, "I know what I will make with this one piece of celery and this random piece of butter and this pasta."
