No one does it like Dolly Parton, a fact she proved with her latest Instagram announcement. The Queen of Country is back with a new album called Rockstar, and she is channeling that title with an epic promo photo of herself in a sexy, black, "rocker" dress.

For the pic, Dolly donned a sparkly black gown with a slit showing off her super-toned legs (which are rockstars in their own right, TBH). The dress even included leopard-print sleeves, which added even more pizazz to the look. And in true Dolly fashion, her blonde hair is teased to the heavens. The 77-year-old looks strong and incredible, as usual.

“Two brand new tracks from Rockstar are out now! 'Bygones' featuring @robhalfordlegacy of @JudasPriest with special guests @nikkisixxpixx, @john5official and 'Magic Man (Carl Version)' featuring @annwilson with special guest #HowardLeese are out now! Stream wherever you get your music ❤️🔥,” Dolly captioned the photo, which was obviously a big hit with her followers. “Dolly lookin good as hell 🔥,” commented one person. Another added, “Uh!!! Hello queen 💫.”

Dolly is looking fabulous, obviously, but can we talk about those toned legs for a sec? I mean come on now! Dolly is incredibly strong from every angle:

While Dolly is pretty private about her personal life, she has shared a few tips and tricks about her routine over the years. In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, she said she gets her heart pumping by doing her own rejoicing exercises, because she’s not a fan of the gym.

Not sure what that means? Don't worry, Dolly explained what a "rejoicing exercise" is. “I grew up in the Pentecostal church where we used to do a lot of shouting and jumping around. I keep my motor running in the mornings when I just shout through the house praising the Lord," Dolly shared. “But that’s the extent of my exercise. I’m not big on going to the gym...and I’m particular about who I sweat with.”

While Dolly shared in her documentary Dolly Parton: The Queen of Country that in the past, she didn’t always have the best eating habits. “Dietin' Dolly would go on liquid protein, Scarsdale, Atkins, the water diet, then I'd binge, diet, gain, start all over again,” she said in the documentary, per The Express.

Nowadays, she takes a more balanced approach, and follows a low-carb diet during the week, per her WSJ interview. “I usually try to keep some homemade egg salad around because I like to have something quick and easy. Through the week, I’ll eat things like egg salad on toast with tomato, and sometimes I’ll have a bagel with cream cheese, cucumbers, and tomatoes.” she shared.

Dolly also said that she is a big fan of the early-to-bed, early-to-rise mentality. She gets up at 3 a.m. (apparently, this rocker doesn’t require a lot of sleep... It must be all of those rejoicing exercises!).

And of course, Dolly has a great mentality about her age and shared in an interview with Oprah that she’ll be young at heart forever. “I ain’t never gonna be old because I ain’t got time to be old. I can’t stop long enough to grow old,” she shared, adding, “I’ll look as young as my plastic surgeons will allow me!”

ICYMI, Dolly has been open about her nips and tucks over the years, and says she started getting plastic surgery around age 40. Dolly believes in feeling good about yourself physically, and if going under the knife gets you there, Dolly is in favor. “It’s an attitude. You gotta shine from within, which can make you feel and seem young to other people.”

Keep on shining Dolly!
