See What Danica McKellar Has to Say About Her Brand-New Holiday Movie 'Christmas at the Drive-In'

Holiday movie fans, mark your calendars for October 21! That's when Great American Christmas returns with original holiday movies premiering every Saturday and Sunday through the end of 2022. One movie in particular is circled on our calendar, and it reunites two of our favorite actors.
Former star of The Wonder Years and Hallmark Channel movies Danica McKellar signed a multi-picture deal with Great American Family last year. After January's The Winter Palace, she's returning with her first original Christmas movie for the network. Christmas at the Drive-In finds Danica acting alongside Neal Bledsoe, her Winter Palace costar.
Danica shared her excitement about this new movie:
"I'm thrilled to be executive producing and starring in my very first holiday movie for Great American Family, Christmas at the Drive-In! My career started with the very nostalgic show, The Wonder Years‚ perhaps that's why I love nostalgia so much. And I love my fans who have been on this journey with me so long! Christmas at the Drive-In will take fans back in time as an old-fashioned drive-in faces demolition, and my character becomes determined to save it and restore it to its previous glory. My opponent? The owner of the drive-in, who just so happens to be my old childhood sweetheart, played by Neal Bledsoe. Neal is one of my favorite co-stars—we had a great time with our last movie for Great American Family, The Winter Palace, and we're excited to join forces again to bring our fans a heartwarming, entertaining story filled with that nostalgic Christmassy feeling we all love so much."
