See Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden's Casual Chic Outfit for a Farm Visit

While they're often dressed in glamorous gowns, dazzling jewelry, and sparkly tiaras galore, sometimes royals have low-key fashion moments, too. Such was the case with Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden, who was recently photographed looking casual chic during a visit to Gardsjo Farm in Heby in Uppland, Sweden.

For the outing earlier this month, the Swedish royal dressed down in an oversized, blue and white striped button down with three-quarter sleeves, straight-cut jeans, and lace-up hiking shoes in black. She wore her brown hair up with a clip and added a touch of glamour to her low-key ensemble with a pair of gold and diamond-embellished stud earrings by Stockholm-based jewelry designer Efva Attling.

At the farm, Princess Victoria—who reportedly once said she's "not an indoors person"—looked in her element as she met farmer Louise Gårdenborg. Gårdenborg took her on a tour of the property and spoke about their sustainability work and the significance of having biological diversity in agriculture. The eldest daughter and heir of King Carl XVI Gustaf was joined by Gårdenborg's daughter and others as they discussed farming and cultivation while walking around sunflower fields.

The royal is no stranger to the outdoors. Princess Victoria and her husband, Prince Daniel, have previously shared memories of their hiking excursions via social media. In 2020, the pair hiked roughly 29 miles along the Jämtland Triangle, one of Sweden's most famous trails. Prior to that, the duo visited Västergötland in southwest Sweden, where they trekked and wandered around nature in the rain.
