The secret Jennifer Aniston Instagram account

Jennifer Aniston has shunned social media, a decision she said she made for “self-preservation,” but that doesn’t mean she’s not on it. If you want to know what she’s been up to since her split from Justin Theroux, you need not look any further than here.

That is the Instagram account of Aniston’s manager and close friend Aleen Keshishian. Keshishian — who heads Lighthouse Management & Media and also reps Selena Gomez, Orlando Bloom, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jason Bateman, and Theroux (awkward) — has long shared personal pics of the Friends superstar on her ’gram. But as Aniston recuperates from the end of her second marriage, we’ve been given a glimpse into how she’s been recovering — and the answer is quite well, thankyouverymuch.

Over the weekend, Aniston logged some quality girl time while celebrating the 40th birthday of Molly McNearney, co-head writer for Jimmy Kimmel Live, Mrs. Kimmel, and Aniston’s vacation buddy. The perennial tabloid target was front, center, and smokin’ — see the negligee-inspired getup — as she posed in the photo booth with the guest of honor, Keshishian, Bateman’s wife Amanda Anka, and Jennifer Meyer. There wasn’t a #nothomecrying hashtag, but there should have been. Aniston looked cool, confident, and well-loved in the shot.

It was Keshishian’s photo of Aniston’s girls-only birthday celebration that first got us wondering about the actress’s relationship status back in February. Days later, Aniston and Theroux announced they had quietly separated at the end of last year. But the pic, which ran in many of the breakup stories, again showed Aniston looking well and surrounded by love.

During Aniston and Theroux’s secret separation, she was all over Keshishian’s feed. Despite not being a fan of social media, it looks like Aniston snapped this selfie.

Last year, Aniston — who also pops up on her hairstylist Chris McMillan’s feed now — talked about being averse to social media. “For me, it’s self-preservation,” she said on the Thrive Global Podcast. “There’s enough written about me out there and enough that’s not true. There’s one school of thought, which is: ‘Why don’t you be on social media and show who you really are?’ But I don’t need to. This is the one place I have that’s really protected and is mine and is what my life is without a camera rolling or paparazzi or media exposure.”

And while she said that “I don’t feel I’m missing out,” she admitted, “I do sometimes feel that I’m not keeping up or that things are happening at a speed at which I’m going to be left behind in the dark ages. There’s that curiosity that I have of, ‘What is that? What’s so funny? What’s so interesting? What cute pet video is that?’”

With Aniston no longer popping up on Theroux’s feed, her fans may want to give Keshishian a follow for their fix.
