The Season One Finale of "Love, Victor" Left Fans With So Many Questions for Season Two
Fans of Love, Simon were certainly in for a big treat thanks to Hulu's latest series, Love, Victor. Even though the series doesn't include the same familiar characters that viewers fell in love with in the film, the show's brand new faces show life at Creekwood long after Simon and his friends graduated. Victor and his crew certainly had a bumpy year as they each tried to find out more about each other while navigating the crazy social landscape of their high school. With all the drama that went down, fans were left with tons of questions on what might happen next with their favorite characters in season two. So what's next for the Creekwood crew? How will Victor's family take his big reveal?
The finale ended with Victor telling his family that he's gay for the first time. Throughout the season, his parents had been pretty against having a LGBTQ+ kid in their family and things got a little tense at Victor's birthday party with his conservative aunt and uncle. So will they be accepting of Victor's sexuality? Or will this cause more trouble in the Salazar household?
Will Benji and Victor officially start their relationship?
Benji and Victor finally shared a kiss at the dance and said that they're hoping to take things the next level. However, with the whole school knowing that Victor dated Mia and Victor not being completely out yet, this will definitely make things more complicated between them. Benji noted that he doesn't want to hide his relationship, so will they be able to make things work between them?
Will Victor be able to salvage his friendship with Mia?
Mia was heartbroken after seeing Victor kissing Benji at the dance. Mia ended up walking away with Andrew when he tried to confront her and share his side of the story. Will she be able to forgive him for lying to her? Or are things done between them for good?
Are Lake and Felix really going to get together?
Lake finally decided to stop hiding her feelings for Felix and start dating him. The two shared a big kiss in front of the entire school, which was a big step for her. Andrew was there for Mia as she tried to process everything that went down at the dance. What's going to happen to Victor's family?
Back at home, things are certainly getting tricky for the Salazars. Isabell and Armando revealed that they're going to take a break, which clearly hurts the kids who moved all this way due to their broken relationship. Will they get back together? Or is this it for them?
Will Mia give Veronica a chance?
Mia's relationship with Veronica has been rocky ever since she was first introduced to her by her father. Now things are certainly going to get more complicated since Veronica is now pregnant. However, it was Veronica who comforted Mia when she got back from the dance. So will she accept her as part of the family? Or will things continue to be rough between them?
Will Felix confront Lake's mom? Will we meet Felix's mom?
A big reveal of the season was Felix and Lake's moms. While Lake's mom is the reason why she cares so much about her social status and how she looks, Felix's mom is revealed to be a hoarder. So will Felix get to meet Lake's mom and tell her how he feels about what he heard? And will we get to meet Felix's mom and learn more about his home life?
