‘You’ Season 4: First-Look Teaser Reveals Joe Goldberg’s New Alias

*Warning: Spoilers ahead*

The last time we saw Joe Goldberg was when he left Madre Linda, California, and traveled across the pond in You season three. Now, Joe is back. Only this time, he has a new alias and an entirely new profession. Netflix has just released the first look teaser for the fourth season. But that’s not all—the streaming service also confirmed the official release date.

Here is everything we know about You season four.

1. When Does ‘You’ Season 4 Premiere On Netflix?

During the annual Tudum: A Global Fan Event, Netflix released the first official teaser for You season four. The short clip starts with Joe (re)introducing himself to viewers. “Hello, you. I’m not the lovable book store manager in New York or the shop clerk in L.A.—or the doting husband in the suburbs. No, not anymore. Allow me to introduce myself.”

When Joe walks into the room, the phrase “Hello, Professor Jonathan Moore” flashes across the screen. He continues, “I’ve gone through a bit of refinement upon crossing the pond. And living in London has allowed me to bury the past if you will.”

The streaming service revealed the new season will be released in not one, but two parts. Mark your calendars everyone: You season four part one will be released on February 10, 2023, and part two premieres on March 10.

2. Who Is Starring in ‘You’ Season 4?

Okay, we all know Penn Badgley will reprise his role as Joe Goldberg. However, after watching the teaser, we can officially confirm that Tati Gabrielle will return as Marienne Bellamy. As for Victoria Pedretti? We don’t know if her character, Love, will return from the dead to taunt Joe Jonathan.

Other new cast members include Luke Gage (Adam), Charlotte Ritchie (Kate), Tilly Keeper (Lady Phoebe), Amy Leigh Hickman (Nadia), Ed Speleers (Rhys), Brad Alexander (Edward), Niccy Lin (Sophie) and Aidan Cheng (Simon).

3. What Is ‘You’ About?

JOHN P. FLEENOR/NETFLIX

Based on the book series by Caroline Kepnes, You follows a man named Joe Goldberg, who often becomes obsessed with different women. When things go south, he finds a way to get rid of them before moving onto his next target.
