Season 2 Trailer of 'The Handsmaid's Tale'
Hulu just released its first trailer for The Handmaid’s Tale second season ahead of its April 25 release date. The trailer is, well, upsetting, and shows more and more horrors from the dystopian hellscape that is the fictional land of Gilead.
If you don't remember, season one ended with Offred (Elisabeth Moss) being captured as her friend Moira (Samira Wiley) went to Canada and found Offred's husband, Luke (O-T Fagbenle). The second season picks up where season one left off, showing Offred being assaulted by officials, Moira up north, and the dreaded, contaminated colonies.
I'm already dreading this/very much looking forward to it. It's a lovely break from our own reality, after all!
