Will There Be a Season 2 of 'Kings of BBQ' with Anthony Anderson and Cedric the Entertainer?

If you're from the South or just a fan of great barbecue, then you should 100% know about A&E's new show Kings of BBQ. Starring actor and producer Anthony Anderson and actor, producer, and comedian Cedric The Entertainer, Kings of BBQ made a big splash on television with its first season this year, rivaling even some of the most established food-centric reality shows. Initially premiering on August 12, 2023, the 10 episode inaugural season ended with the finale on October 14.

In the series, the duo travels around the country together in search of the ultimate inspiration and education for their barbecue empire. They learn different techniques, try different rubs and sauces, and visit some of the best barbecue restaurants in America. Their ultimate goal is to perfect their line of barbecue brand: AC Barbeque.

After an eventful season one, Anthony and Cedric rolled out an offering of barbecue rubs and sauces. If you're eager to try their products for yourself, they are now available at Lowe's and Walmart.

Will there be a season 2 of Kings of BBQ?

Though season one just ended, we're already eager for news about a possible second season. So far, there has been no news from A&E or the Kings of BBQ themselves about the future of the show. Of course, we're rooting for a second season, as are many loyal fans, but as of right now it's too soon to say if and when we can expect to see more of the dynamic duo.

In the meantime, fans and interested parties can stream season one of Kings of BBQ on A&E and Spectrum with subscriptions or buy episodes on Amazon or AppleTV.
