Sean Spicer previews his 'Dancing With the Stars' dance moves on 'Fox & Friends'

Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer is already showing off his dance moves ahead of his appearance on season 28 of Dancing with the Stars. Joining Fox & Friends Thursday morning, Spicer paired up with co-host Ainsley Earhardt, performing a box step, twirl and dip to Jennifer Lopez’s “Let’s Get Loud.”

Spicer’s preview was poorly received by many on Twitter.

While there weren’t many praising Spicer’s moves, some did root for the former White House press secretary.

Spicer’s inclusion on the show has angered many and caused major outrage. DWTS host Tom Bergeron posted a lengthy reaction on his personal Twitter handle.

“It is the prerogative of the producers, in partnership with the network, to make whatever decisions they feel are in the best long-term interests of the franchise,” Bergeron tweeted. “We can agree to disagree, as we do now, but ultimately it’s their call. I’ll leave it to them to answer any further questions about those decisions.”

Not everyone is anti-Spicer. Fellow contestant and Queer Eye star Karamo Brown called Spicer a “good guy.”

“People would look at us and think that we’re polar opposites,” Brown said. “But I’m a big believer that if you can talk to someone and meet in the middle, you can learn about each other and help each other both grow.”

Season 28 of Dancing with the Stars premieres on Sept. 16 on ABC.
