Sean Combs Accused of Rape and Sex Trafficking by Fourth Woman

New accusations of sexual assault were made Wednesday against music mogul and designer Sean Combs in a Jane Doe filing in the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of New York.
The accuser alleged that in 2003, Combs, Bad Boy Entertainment’s president Harve Pierre and a third unnamed assailant trafficked and raped her when she was 17 years old. Bad Boy Entertainment and Daddy’s House Recordings are also named in the complaint.

The claim is being made due to an amendment to New York City’s Victims of Gender Motivated Violence Protection Law, which extends the statute of limitations on claims to March 1, 2025.
In response to what is the fourth claim of sexual misconduct against him in recent weeks, Combs issued the following statement through a spokesperson Wednesday, “Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.”
The statement continued, “Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
In Wednesday’s filing, the accuser was said to have been with friends in a lounge in her home city of Detroit, when she was allegedly approached by Pierre and the third unnamed alleged assailant. After complimenting the teenager for being “hot,” and talking up his “best friend” Combs, Pierre allegedly called Combs and put her on the line with him. Combs allegedly suggested she accompany Pierre to New York on a private jet so that they could meet. Pierre allegedly sodomized the Jane Doe in one of the lounge’s bathrooms before directing her to accompany him to a Pontiac airport, where they and two others (including the third assailant) boarded a Signature jet to Teterboro Airport in New Jersey.
After arriving, the accuser and Pierre were allegedly brought to Daddy’s House Recording Studio, a facility operated by Combs and Bad Boy in New York City, which a female recording artist was using as her parents looked on. After she left, Combs allegedly asked the accuser to sit on his lap for a photo, before he, Pierre and the third assailant allegedly “plied” the teenager with drugs and alcohol. The accuser claims to have been raped by Combs, Pierre and the third assailant, according to the filing.
The Jane Doe was said to have come forward partially due to learning that one of Combs’ former girlfriends, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, had filed a complaint against him late last month. Ventura had alleged sexual abuse, sexual battery, rape and creating a hostile work environment over a period of years. Combs’ attorney, Ben Brafman, denied those allegations and alleged Ventura had demanded $30 million, “under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship.”
Brafman was not immediately available for a request for comment Wednesday.
Combs and Ventura swiftly settled that legal dispute “amicably” the following day, according to attorneys for both parties.
The more recent filing by the Jane Doe also cited another filing against Pierre by a former assistant, who alleged he used his power at Bad Boy to groom and sexually assault her, as impetus for the complaint.
The accuser is seeking a monetary judgment for lost wages and emotional distress, among other things.
