If you thought nothing could top the dreamy Lobster Roll Wedding Cake, you were mistaken. Introducing the Maine Seafood Lighthouse, a product of a partnership between Luke’s Lobster, SoPo Seafood, and the Maine Seafood group.

There are two variations of the lighthouse-shaped seafood tower, and both include lobster, crab, and scallops. Depending on whether you buy it from Luke’s Lobster or SoPo Seafood, you'll also receive oysters or clam chowder. A tempting choice, we know.

The stunning tower is an edible tribute to Maine's 65 iconic lighthouses. And as if the lighthouse-inspired tiers of seafood weren't enough, your purchase of the lighthouse also comes with a $200 Amex gift card. The Maine Seafood group encourages you to use the gift card toward a stay at an actual Maine lighthouse of your choosing.

"This summer, we wanted to create something fun for seafood lovers that highlights two of Maine’s icons: delicious, high-quality seafood and coastal lighthouses,” said Jeff Nichols, Communications Director at Maine Department of Marine Resources, in a statement. “We are excited to unveil the first-ever Maine Seafood Lighthouse, giving fans a unique way to experience the diverse, premium seafood that comes from the pristine Maine waters, all while supporting the state’s hardworking sea farmers, harvesters and purveyors.”

The Maine Seafood Lighthouse ranges in price from $325-$350, depending on where you order one. It'll surely be a beacon of deliciousness at your next summer party.
