Sea Lion at Connecticut Aquarium Is a Regular Little Picasso

A one-of-a-kind piece of art!

As connoisseurs of art, we are always on the lookout for the next big painter. One emerging artist in Connecticut is capturing our attention, but this artist is very unique and not what you'd expect because, for starters, he has flippers.

TikTok user @mysticaquariumct recently shared a video of one of the sea lions at Mystic Aquarium in Connecticut trying his hand at a new skill: painting! In the video, this aquatic animal is able to paint a beautiful picture by holding the paint brush in his mouth. Check out the video to see his work!

Oh my goodness, this is adorable and incredible. We love abstract art, and this piece is truly iconic. This is going to sell for a lot of money one day, we just know it!

People in the comments are demanded they be allowed to buy this painting. @scottsyed246 said, "Put this on auction. It's not an ordinary painting!" and @tarajean34 commented, "These must be made into prints in the gift shop so we can buy!" We would love to decorate our house with paintings from this little Picasso!

We are so impressed with the painting this sea lion made, and we can't wait to see what other wonderful creations he comes up with! One day, we will be able to say we knew this sea lion when he was still churning out works of art for the Mystic Aquarium.
