Scott Disick Isn’t Speaking to Kourtney Kardashian Following Her Engagement

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker got engaged over the weekend, and for everyone wondering how Scott Disick is taking the news, the answer is not great. Multiple sources report that Scott is having a super-hard time with Kravis’s engagement, with one insider telling E! News that he’s “beside himself” and another saying that while Scott “knew it was coming” since the Kardashians had “mentioned it to him before,” he is “still really sad about it and is feeling low.”

The source adds that Scott “will always care for Kourtney. She is the mother of his children and no one else will compare to that.” But that said, they are apparently not on speaking terms right now. As the source explains, Scott “can’t speak to Kourtney” and “he will always be a part of the Kardashian family, but it is hard for him to be around Kourtney and Travis.”

While the Kardashians knew a proposal was coming, a separate source (truly, Kris Jenner’s team has been busy!) told E! News Kourtney “had no idea” and “it happened during the sunset at Rosewood Miramar. They had just got back from NYC and decided to do a day trip to Montecito. Kourtney thought it was going to be a casual day, as they always go to Rosewood, and she was totally thrown off.”

“[Kourtney] knew the second she walked down the steps and saw the huge floral arrangements that it was happening,” the source said, adding that Travis got down on one knee and “professed his love for her and thanked her for making him a better person. It was super emotional and sentimental. Kourtney was so happy and was definitely emotional. She teared up and couldn’t stop saying ‘I love you.’”
