Snackin' for a good cause? Count us in.

This holiday season, SNAX-Sational's Candy Pop and Cookie Pop is celebrating their annual "SnackGiving" initiative for 2022 with "The Popcorn Challenge."

Fans of the crunchy, salty (and in this case, sweet) goodies can join in on the fun while helping raise funds and brand awareness in support of the Ryan Seacrest Foundation charity and their work with children's hospitals nationwide.

The Ryan Seacrest Foundation has built 11 state-of-the-art broadcast media centers, named Seacrest Studios, in children’s hospitals across the U.S. aimed to inspire today’s youth through entertainment and education-focused initiatives.

"We are excited to team up with SNAX-Sational Brands for another year," Meredith Seacrest, Executive Director and COO of RSF, said in a press release. "Their support is helping us build multiple new Seacrest Studios in pediatric hospitals, while continuing to bring entertaining and uplifting experiences to patients in our existing 11 studios."

Want to know how to win free popcorn? Entrants must try to catch as much popcorn as possible in their mouth in 10 seconds. To win, the contestant should post a video on social media attempting the challenge for a chance to win a free case of Candy Pop and Cookie Pop popcorn.

The grand winner will receive $1,000 (chosen at random), and 20 other recipients will win a year of popcorn delivery of their choice from the extensive portfolio of flavors, plus a Who Has It Holiday VIP Gift Box. The brand will be picking these 20 lucky winners attempting the tasty task with bonus points to those challenging their friends to take on the feat. The best part? Even unsuccessful attempts qualify, so don't worry if you can't catch even one piece in your mouth!

Ahead of Giving Tuesday (Nov. 29), former NSYNC band member Lance Bass kicked off the challenge on Nov. 15, posting a video of himself attempting the entertaining endeavor. The musician made sure to note that "it's harder than it looks" as he finished the 10 seconds having only landed two pieces of popcorn successfully in his mouth.
