There's no stopping Taylor Sheridan. The creator of Yellowstone, 1883 and Tulsa King has a multi-year overall deal with Paramount+ and the hits just keep on coming.

Not only are his shows hits right out of the gate, they also draw top talent. Tulsa King saw Sylvester Stallone taking on his first TV role as a mobster who is sent to Tulsa to establish a presence there. Mayor of Kingstown brought Jeremy Renner to the small screen while 1923 enticed Oscar-caliber talent Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren to series television.

One of the next projects Sheridan is working on is Special Ops: Lioness. Inspired by a real-life CIA program, Lioness brings Avatar's Zoe Saldana and The Hours' Nicole Kidman to the streamer in what we expect to be an action-packed series.

What is Special Ops: Lioness about?

Lioness is a fact-based drama series about two agents in a U.S. undercover female operative program. Zoe Saldana will star as Joe with Nicole Kidman as Kaitlyn Meade. Both actresses take on the added role of executive producer.

The show has also added Yellowstone and 1883 alum to its cast. Dave Annable, who played John Dutton's eldest son Lee on Yellowstone, will play Joe's husband, Neil. LaMonica Garrett from 1883 will play CIA operative Tucker while frequent Sheridan-verse actor James Jordan will take on the role of CIA operative Two Cups. Jordan has had roles on 1883, Yellowstone and Mayor of Kingstown and has also appeared in several of Sheridan's feature films.

Frequent-Hallmark Channel actress Jill Wagner also serves as executive producer and will star in the show.
