The Schitt's Creek Cast Threw Their Own Emmys Party in Canada—And They Look Amazing

From Town & Country

The Emmy Awards broadcast this year looks very different from any other, with nearly all the guests and nominees video calling in from all over rather than gathering in person—and some celebrities taking advantage of the working from home situation to rock pajamas instead of the standard black tie ensemble. But for the cast and crew of one show, the awards show looked a little closer to normal.

The stars of Schitt's Creek, including the big four—Dan Levy, Annie Murphy, Eugene Levy, and Catherine O'Hara—actually got dressed up and partied together. As the show's Instagram account explained, "some #SchittsCreek cast and nominated team members have been able to gather for an #Emmys event in Toronto, adhering to Ontario’s COVID-19 guidelines. All in attendance have been in isolation since returning negative COVID-19 tests."

And they looked great. Schitt's Creek co-creator and star Dan Levy wore a very stylish Thom Browne skirted suit, while his father (and fellow co-creator and star) Eugene Levy opted for a double-breasted Navy suit from Dior. For her part, Catherine O'Hara went for a very Moira look, pairing a black Valentino gown with boots and finishing it off with a swipe of red lipstick. And Annie Murphy also wore Valentino, though she chose a suit (and stylish semi-sheer shirt) instead of a dress.

Viewers got a good look at the Schitt's Creek party when O'Hara won her Emmy at the beginning of the night, and the actress was able to hug and celebrate her award with her castmates in person.
