Scarlett Johansson Wore $2.1 Million Diamond Earrings to the Oscars — and They're Worth a Zoom

When stars step out on the red carpet at award shows, we tend to get a little distracted by their dresses. But, while Scarlett Johansson's custom, metallic Oscar de la Renta look was no doubt stunning, the detail that is worth a closer look was definitely her $2.1 million earrings by Forevermark.

As it turns out, the gorgeous pair is part of a one-of-a-kind collaboration with designer Anita Ko. They feature Forevermark Exceptional Pear and Round Brilliant diamonds set in 18k White Gold, and are 26.65 ctw.

"As I was designing the earrings, the only person that came to mind who could truly embody the spirit of the pieces was Scarlett," Ko told InStyle via email. "She’s exactly the type of woman I design for and I’ve always admired her work ethic, talent and dedication to her craft. I truly believe that my designs, combined with Forevermark’s Exceptional Diamonds, and Scarlett’s beauty and energy, made this collaboration truly kismet."

We have to agree. It's a big night for Johansson, who is nominated for both Best Actress for her role in Marriage Story as well as Best Supporting Actress for Jojo Rabbit, and she deserve to wear something extra-special. These earrings definitely fit the bill.
