Scarlett Johansson Is Opening a Gourmet Popcorn Shop in Paris

There are plenty of celebrities with unexpected side hustle, and Scarlett Johansson is the latest to join the ever-growing list.

The actress recently revealed that her and husband Romain Dauriac are opening a gourmet popcorn shop in Paris, and the menu sounds incredibly delicious. Aptly named Yummy Pop, the store opens this weekend and will offer both sweet and savory flavors created with the assistance of chef Will Horowitz of Ducks Eatery and Harry & Ida's in New York City.

The popcorn varieties will change seasonally depending on what fresh ingredients are available, but the shop will launch with truffle parmesan and sage (Johansson's favorite), real Vermont maple (her 2-year-old daughter Rose's favorite), real Vermont cheddar (Dauriac's favorite), sea salt and olive oil, strawberries and cream, and chocolate covered strawberries.

"It has been a dream of mine and my family for several years to bring our favorite American snack to our favorite European City!" the Ghost in the Shell star said in a statement. "I am so excited to introduce Yummy Pop, a labor of love and Epicurean enthusiasm. My hope is for Yummy Pop to become a Parisian snacking staple and a symbol of friendship between my two most beloved cities, Paris and New York."

Yummy Pop is located in Paris's district of the Marais at 35 Bis Rue du Roi du Sicile, and will have a soft opening this Saturday and a to-be-announced grand opening in the near future.
