Scarlett Johansson and Husband Colin Jost Look So in Love on Rare Red Carpet Date Night

Scarlett Johansson and husband Colin Jost stepped out for a rare public date night Thursday evening for the American Museum of Natural History’s 2023 gala.

The couple looked dashing in coordinating black-and-white outfits at the New York City event, and couldn’t help but look so in love on the red carpet.

Asteroid City star Johansson layered a long, boxy suit coat in an icy white hue over a sleek black slipdress. She accessorized the elegant look sparingly, with black pointed-toe heels and a black leather croc-embossed clutch bag. ScarJo added some shimmer with a layered diamond tennis necklace, various small hoop earrings, and glittery maroon and silver eye shadow. She also added pops of red with a vibrant pocket square, which she tucked in her coat pocket, bright lipstick, and a glossy manicure. The actor’s hair was up in a messy bun, with wavy strands of hair framing her face.

Next to her, Jost looked dapper as ever in a classic black tux and shiny dress shoes.

Johansson sweetly held on to her Saturday Night Live star husband’s arm as they walked the carpet together, and the cameras captured them laughing and sharing intimate moments despite the spotlight. The two married in 2020 and have a two-year-old son, Cosmo.

The last time Johansson and Jost made a red carpet appearance together was in May—prior to the SAG-AFTRA strike—when they also looked impossibly smitten on the 2023 Cannes Film Festival red carpet.
