On Monday, Saweetie shared a series of photos of herself posing on Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles, wearing a rare vintage Moschino puzzle print shirt teamed with a pair of khaki-colored short shorts.
The “Tap In” rapper accessorized with an Hermes Birkin bag and a diamond chain necklace. She fittingly captioned the post “the hermés mermaid” as she stood outside of the Hermes store.
As for footwear, Saweetie continued the bold theme with heeled boots. The shoes were complete with a leather construction and pointed toe. The footwear also boast a four-inch heel and are adorned with spikes at the backside. Saweetie’s choice of footwear make a case for wearing short shorts past summer.
The rapper’s rodeo moment comes after she made a different fashion statement while goofing around on top of a Mercedes-Benz G-Class SUV over the weekend. Saweetie danced to “Beat Box” by SpotemGottem, wearing a graphic t-shirt and brown jeans. Called the La Flare Brown Carpenter from Gallery Dept., the jeans feature multi-color paint splatter and ripped detailing at the bottom. The pants, which offer a slimming fit and flare leg, retail for $895 at Gallerydept.com.
As for footwear, she opted for the highly sought after Air Jordan 1 High OG TS SP Travis Scott sneakers. The shoes feature the style’s iconic silhouette with a backward-facing Swoosh on the lateral sides. The sneakers are complete with white leather and brown suede upper with Scott’s face logo embossed on the heel. The kicks currently retail for $2,679 at Farfetch.com.
When it comes to her personal style, Saweetie’s wardrobe includes a plethora of street style looks mixed in with high fashion. Her go-to brands include Fashion Nova, Pretty Little Thing and designer labels like Chanel, Christian Louboutin and Gucci.
