It’s bright, punchy and herbaceous, thanks to a medley of pomegranate molasses, raspberries, juniper (aka the berry that gin is made from), orange peel and rosemary. It can be sipped solo on ice or used to add wintry flavor to a flute of Champagne or seltzer. You can even use it in stronger cocktails, like a whiskey-based old fashioned or a seasonal margarita.
