Similar to previous models, this watch can sync perfectly with apps on your iPhone and serves as a robust health tracker. For example, the Series 5 comes with an electrical heart sensor and a second-generation optical heart sensor. And just like the Series 4, it can automatically connect with emergency personnel via its fall detection.
Additionally, this smartwatch helps tracks your daily physical activity and exercise. Specifically, runners can keep tabs of their step count with its GPS, and fitness enthusiasts can measure their athletic goals with its “advanced” workout metrics.
The Series 5 is additionally water-resistant and has a 50 percent louder speaker than the Series 3, 2 or 1. Not to mention, it comes with Wi-Fi, LTE and Bluetooth 5.0 capability.

But what makes the Series 5 a truly unique model is that it has an always-on retina display and a 30 percent larger screen to make viewing information easier. Furthermore, it comes with a built-in compass, international emergency calling and 32 GB capacity (the highest of all previous models).
And with over 2,000 customer ratings, this little smart device is an Amazon fan-favorite. One reviewer commented, “It’s changed my life.”
“A must-have for all Apple device users,” the purchaser explained. “Also it incorporates most of your apps from your phone to the watch.”
Another shopper labeled the smartwatch as “the most high-quality product from Apple,” and that it meets more than the hype.
“There are many things that Apple and various other companies make that are overpriced due to its ‘name’ for a lack of better words,” the reviewer continued. “This is not one of them, not even close. It doesn’t even compare to other watches, it is out of the norm and has crazy improvements and features.”
Although many reviewers gave the device high remarks, several reviewers took issue with the battery life.
“I really like the watch overall,” the purchaser wrote. “The features are great and it’s easy to use (like most Apple products). Unfortunately, the battery barely lasts one day. That fact, pretty much makes sleep tracking impossible.”
